Rhodiola Rosea
Questions about Rhodiola Rosea?
Is it good for treating moderate/worsening anxiety and depression? and how long does it take to become effective?
If no to the first question, then what other herbal medicine can you recommend? i've heard of St Johns Wort but have asthma... would that be a problem with it?
if yiou have asthma be very carefula about any herbal remedy especially off the shelf ones.
Go to a decent herbalist inform him/her of your asthma and get them to make tinctures up for you which willl not execerbate your asthma
