How to shed belly fat and work on your chest?

How can I lose belly and arm fat, but keep my weight in other areas (such as butt and boobs)?

I am a 28 yr old female, 5'3 122 lbs. I don't consider my self fat, but I do have stubborn belly fat in my lower abdomen that sometimes makes me look pregnant! If I diet and try to shed extra pounds, my stomach shrinks a little, but my boobs and my butt shrinks to nothing!! How can I lose this kangaroo pouch, but keep a healthy chest and butt?

Unfortunately that's genetics. Which is why skinny girls with big boobs and butts make us guys crazy. You've already discovered that you personally can't shed the fat in that area without losing too much in the areas you want to keep. There's one realistic thing you can do.

Exercise and really tighten up your abdominal area. Do a good intense ab workout 3 times per week. Anything more will probably be too much and you'll defeat the purpose (destroy the muscle faster than you're building it). That will allow you to exert some voluntary (and involuntary) control over your midsection, i.e., you can tense your gut when you're walking around. It works if done right. The fat will remain but your midsection will be tighter and flatter.
