Some people say that its jogging which is the best exercise. Plz recommend me ! I will be thankful for u guys ! height is 5,8, my weight is 69 KG, i want to loose almost 5 KG , plzzz recommend.

Here is exactly what to do, its hard but with self discipline you can do it. I recommend jogging as your cardio but you can do any kind you prefer, the goal is to get your heart rate to %70 of its maximum, this will put your body in the most efficient fat burning mode, now you need to stay at this elevated heart rate for at least 20 minutes per session. If you running on a tredmill you can get going then stop and take your pulse for six seconds then add 0 to the end of the number you get and that is your heart rate (if you can, use a tredmil that has a heart rate monitor, its much easier and fairly accurate), if you are 20 to 25 years old %70 of your maximum heart rate is around 155, so find a speed that gets your heart rate there, then stay at that speed for at least 20 minutes. Your goal will be 200 minutes a week, you can divide it any way you like. Forty minutes five days a week might be a good option for you so you can take the weekends off and rest your legs. If you do this you will see fat loss very quickly, after a month you will see a considerable difference in your weight and overall body. You may not see drastic improvement in your stomach and back right away but dont give up, these are usually the last places on the body to lose fat. You may want to also do abdominal exercises three to four times a week as well, this will tone the muscle underneath the fat and improve the shape of those areas. If you incorporate strength training at least three times a week into this regimen, you will burn even more fat get to where you want to be even faster. If you start to watch what you eat and keep things lean and cut out the junk food, this will help you as well, it all depends on how much your actually willing to do, it all comes down to dicipline, or, how much you cant stand looking at your fat stomach in the mirror.
