Ok . so before I start . I'm saying I know its not a good Idea to mess with my body at this age . But im actually not messing with it . I'm not really fat . I have never been called fat . I have been called a little chubby . But well i have about 1 and a half inches of belly fat . thats all . I just wanna get rid of that . I wanna get from being a little chubby to being skinny . which is isnt that hard. I weigh 105 lb and I am 4 11 . Can you help me .
