if i lose 200 calories a day how much weight will i lose in a month?
ok i am 140 lbs and i notice i have a lil chubby belly. ive never been fat. ive started running on a treadmill for about 100 calories a day and after that i do some intense workouts on my chest and arms. but the belly doesn't seem to be shrinking while teh arms and chest get bigger. i dont really care about having a rock hard 6-pack. i just want all the fat gone.
and i am an intense individual. i dont do the take it slow approach. if u can tell me how, or give me an intense workout to get rid of the belly i will do it. someone told me just plain cardio and told me to lose 200 calories a day minimum by cardio and that ab workouts arent as effective as burning the fat as they are building your ab muscles.
EXPERTS PLEASE HELP.
You have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound so if you lose 200 calories a day and assuming we are going by 30 days in a month, you would only lose 1.71 pounds.
