How to lose belly fat and about how long will it take?
How long will it take me to get into shape?
I'm a young teenage male. I want to lose belly fat, get an abdominal "pack" (even if it's a small one), and lose the flab to my chest. I don't have access to the gym, so I can only do at-home exercises. So far, I've been doing about 100 crunches OR 50 push-ups each day. If there are any other exercised out there that I can do from home, let me know. Also, at the rate I'm going (with the above schedule), how long (approximately) will it take me to reach my goal? Please help!
Also, I want to try to reach my goal within 2 months; what should I do?
There are a lot of ways that you can get great abs without doing thousands of crunches. Actually crunches are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs.
