Weight Gainer
Can anyone give me a good weight gainer protein shake product?
I'm looking for a good and relatively cheap weight gainer shake. I'm not really looking to gain weight, I just want to replenish the calories lost during exercise. I plan on taking 1/2 servings, for around 3-400 calories and 30 grams of protein. Anything that has a ton of sugar or any creatine is out.
Pro mass or mammoth
i have used pro mass before, has worked well.
Both especially work well with good diets.
