state of origin period?
i have had enough of watching second grade teams playing full first grade teams. i think it is time to have a state of origin period. we have 3 weeks of no nrl with state of origin and maybe a comp with fiji, tonga, Samoa and PNG. this would ensure you have a fair amount of footy and it gives the players a brake and grows the game. what do you think?
yeah and the teams like the storm and Bronco's usually have totally different teams full of teenagers and debutant's and could lose valuable competition points.
But i don't think have the whole period of (that's like 6 weeks, 3 weeks between game 1 and 2. and 2 and 3
But certainly have that week of when the Origin games is, Fiji, Tonga, Samoa and PNG could have there own little round Robin but i don't think many Aussies would care but it would be good for promoting the game and them 4 other Rugby League mad countries
