How do you lose inches off of your belly and waist?

I'm not really concerned about losing weight, I'll stay muscular, I just want to lose the inches of fat off of my stomach and waist. I haven't seen a size 32 in years! LOL Seriously, I haven't and I would like to see that again. Does push ups and multi movement exercises help burn more belly fat like deadlifts, and squats? The only thing I have in my house right now is Rice, Spaghetti, noodles, and pinto beans. All starchy foods, but I'm poor and broke right now. If this is the only food I have in my house and there's no more food or money, what should I do not eat any of the starches at all? Everything I have in the house is bad for losing inches isn't it?

While you might like your body to get rid of the fat on your stomach, it really depends on your genes on how much and where you lose it. Just try to keep your metabolism up.
