How many mg of ginger should i be taking per day for morning sickness?
each tablet contains 55mg of ginger extract, which is equivalent to 1100mg of ginger root... im currently taking one per day and it isn't making any difference and the label says not to take more than stated dose (which is one per day)
OK here is "the" remedy, which saved me from being bed-bound and on continual anti-emetics...BEANS! Yes, eat legume-type beans every time you feel sick (I think you have to down 1/4 cup minimum). I am not kidding you, this worked better than the phenergan I was on and got me functional, up and around.
You will probably very soon get sick again so eat another 1/4 cup, until you need less and less. I ate garbanzo beans; measured out 1/4 cup and ate them one by one (it's pretty difficult when you want to puke) until I got them all down. You will notice a difference. I probably needed 6 or 7 servings per day at first, and then got it down to 2-3.
