best options for me to lose weight?
im an overweight teen who is desprate to lose weight. i cant find a sport/exercise i can do after school that i enjoy and that actually helps. i enjoy tennis and swimming but just cant find good places. any good home exercise that hep get rid of belly and thigh fat? also i sometimes i have a NEED for sweets, that i just nom nom nom nom nom... i think, oh its one piece of candy, or just one this.. but i cant really get myself to say no... i love smoothies a lot, are there any good, healthy smoothie recipes? i love strawberries and bananas.. i just really wanna lose weight, but i either need advice on how to say no to sweets, or better choices.. please help!!!
