3 Tips to Get Rid of Belly Fat

could someone help create a scheldule to loose belly fat and stay fit?
i was wondering if somone could help me put a shudule together to keep me fit and how much and what i should eat.
i dont consider myself fat just some belly fat i want to get rid of and tone abs.
i eat a fuk load
im 14yrs (male) 64kg. 161cm tall have short/stocky build.
im iron deficient- i take a suplement thought.
take fish oil, vitumin C, zinc, and other multivitamens daily.
i gain weight really easy 1-2kg a day easy if i dont exercise.
i play ruby unioun 3 times a week for 1.5hrs each time. box once week 1.5 hr. try ro get to beach on weekand but not always.

You can eat what you eat, just less of it. try have 3/4 of what you usually eat. then decrease it the more you wanna lose weight. also try eat foods rich in iron.
To get the results that you want, you have to know exactly what you want. like you should know the exact weight you want to be at, and how you want to look. obviously u can only do that in your head so picture what you want to look like daily. This way you know what you are shooting for.
You exercise a lot already, but if you want to tighten the abs do crunches when you wake up every morning.
